HISTORY
The banana history is
closely related with East Mythology, because it is considered as "the paradise
fruit"(instead of apple) that the snake tempt Eva with. Before adopting the name of
"banana" the fruit was called "paradise apple".
The first comment on this fruit is found
in some Indian records from the VI Century b. C. going finally to Egypt and Palestine
around 650 year a.C. The word banana comes from a derivation of Arabian word
"banan" that means "finger".
