ASPECT AND DESCRIPCION

The numerous variety present large differences, so much for the form of the plant as for the class of the fruit, that oscillates as for size between those of a small currant and a sphere of 10 cm of diameter or more ( than it is the more cultured type); as for the form, it has round fruits, pear-shaped and extended, colored red, yellow and green.

CULINARY USE

For its content heap in vitamins and mineral and for its agreeable flavor, the tomato has important applications in gastronomy, since is included in numerous foods of the international kitchen.
