production plants, one of them located at Warden, Washington State. This plant produces
potato flakes, potato flour and dehydro-frozen potato dices. The plant located at
Boardman, Oregon State produces potato flakes and potato flours.
In both plants the
processed raw material are whole potato and no potato chips (discard in prefried frozen
potatoes production). This guarantees an insuperable quality of product.

1) Instant potato flakes line
Oregon Potato Co.,
produces flakes since matured, sane, without illness, sun fired or other defects
fruit. In the
manufacturing process they comply with strict quality controls, getting a homogeneous and
high quality product. It is the ideal product for institutional market considering its
easy preparation, yield and low price. Can be added vitamins upon client requirements.

| 2) Partially
dehydrated and frozen potato dices line Available in dices of different sizes with a residual content of water
between a 50-60%, depending on the client requirements. This line, (as it is rehydrated
generally during the cooking process) recovers the original weight and dimensions totally,
and for that reason the yield is practically double.
Advantages of the product: the manufacturing process assures a uniform
quality regarding color, texture and aspect, the dices bear without deterring, either the
processing times, extreme cooking temperatures nor the freezing process. The cost of
storage and distribution is reduced at 50% less than a traditional frozen product.
Uses: salads, guises, soups, etc.
