From available dehydrated fruits like pineapple, banana, peach, strawberry, guava, lemon,
apple, orange, papaya, passionaire, grapefruit and others. Uses: refreshments, cookies, breakfast cereals
and fruits, puddings, ice creams, yogurts, baby food, milk shakes, sauces, gelatins,
cakes, etc.

Frozen banana slices
The company has 1500 hectares of banana and citric production. The state of the art
technology starts with the obtaining of banana plants achieved by cloning micropropagation
of mother plants resistant to plagues, illness and with a high production yield.
This multiplication allows achieving homogeneous quality and fruit quantity crops. The
controlled maturation of the fruit guarantees a physical-chemical and organoleptic
characteristic product during the whole year.
The industrial plant has a modern technology accompanied by a systematic product and
correct control of critical points, determining a strict and uniform quality of BANANEX
line.

and essence line: Duas Rodas has
approximately 2000 m2 covered by flavor development laboratories where flavourists
together with tasting panels, day by day work searching the note of the ideal flavor.
This main effort has allowed Duas Rodas to be nowadays the " First Company of Flavors
in Brazil".
