ASPECT AND DESCRIPCION
According to VAVILDV it is originating of America tropical, Central America and
principally Mexico, in which can be found the majority of the wild species of the Capsicum
genera; also it is located along the Andes from Mexico to the northwest of the Argentine
republic. The pepper is an annual plant that reaches between 30 and 80 cm high although
can be seen samples of until 2m. The leaves are colored intense green of oval form. The
flowers are hermaphrodite with tapeworms or in small racemes. The fruit, that is the party
that is consummates, is a bay form of hollow, size and varied color.

CULINARY USE
