CULINARY USE:
Dehydrated leek leaves can be offered white or green, nevertheless this
product usually is commercialized as mixed (green/white leek leaves). After
their hydration leek leaves are used in sauces or fritters together with
other vegetables (onion; garlic; bell pepper) or accompanying red meats,
rice or pasta.
Their flavor
is associated with the onion but with a little of green vegetable flavor.
Also they add green color to other mixtures.
Dehydrated leek leaves or leek powder are used as ingredient in soups
